Hal Dulme Khan (Fire-Flame King).

This character is from Epic of King Gesar, a Mongol Legend,
and he is one of the monsters, who Gesar subdued. He is offspring of Atai Ulaan. When Khormusta Tengri defeated Atai Ulaan he had to dismember him to prevent ressurection. However, malevolent goddess Mayas Khara, Atai Ulaan's mother used her powers to ressurect each piece of Atai Ulaan body as separate entity.

Atai Ulaan's torso was ressurected as Hal Dulme, fiery monster, who represented volcanic activity. It's said that his body was emitted scorching heat and he was capable of shooting fire at distance of three kilometers. He is also giant, whom dwarfs mountains.

It is said what he burned entire country of Ganga Bured Khan to ashes, so he had to ask King Gesar for help.
